Jeffrey H. Marcus has decades of experience in employment law. He has served on a panel of attorneys for a continuing legal education seminar on employment law. He has handled senior management hires, investigations and terminations. Jeffrey has advised management on and drafted employment agreements, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting agreements, and employment separation agreements. He has drafted employment policies and procedures, human resources manuals, employee training materials, and corporate compliance and privacy programs.

Jeffrey has participated in several investigations, mediations, and negotiations of employment disputes. He has defended clients successfully against alleged violations of employment laws both nationally and internationally.
